Remote Tachograph and driver card downlaod
When you log in to your account, go to > Drivers and you’ll see that Pisarnik Walter’s driver card hasn’t been downloaded since 7 June 2024. This drive isn’t on your payroll, so it looks like someone has inserted this driver’s card into the tachograph and has been driveing with a second driver card for a few kilometres.

When you do maniual doenlow with the digiVu, digiFob or digopostPro
When you log in to your account, scroll down the Overview screen and look for “Unknown drivers” Click on the month and you’ll see the driver’s name. He was driving your vehicle and his driver card was never downloaded. First, try to get his driver card downloaded.
If you don’t recognise his name, it’s probably because one of our employees used another driver’s drive card.
It’s not worth the hassle to have the authority call to your premises and perform a digital tachograph data audit. The fines are very high, and it’s a lot of work for what?
