The EFAS Digital Tachograph from Intellic fully complies with EU Regulation 1266/2009 including all modifications of October 2011 (e.g. new minute regulation) and October 2012 (e.g. updated motion sensors and new independent motion source “IMS”).
The new minute regulation allows EFAS to record the longest activity carried out each and every minute. EFAS thus enables valuable extra driving time per day.
EFAS supports all approved motion sensors (ISO 16844, EU 1266/2009). It also handles signals from the independent motion source (IMS) – mandatory for all new vehicles from October 1st 2012.
